2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits

tk7191 accepts deposits exclusively via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees and no third-party processing charges applied by tk7191.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tk7191 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your tk7191 account, the deposit may be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

tk7191 is not responsible for any delays caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your tk7191 wallet within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tk7191 wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit will not be processed.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your tk7191 account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳500,000 (verified accounts)

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tk7191 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules that apply to all tk7191 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your tk7191 bonus balance, separate from your real money balance.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on tk7191 — including fishing games, slots, bingo, and roulette — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including tk7191 itself.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the tk7191 system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system. The result will stand.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your location or identity.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to play on your behalf.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk7191 staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

tk7191 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tk7191 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact support to reactivate their account and access their balance.

10 Responsible Gaming
